利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、tematsuri（以下「開発元」）が提供する 将棋ゲームアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、 本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（利用条件）
ユーザーは、本規約および関連法令を遵守して、本アプリを利用するものとします。
第2条（著作権・知的財産権）
本アプリに含まれるプログラム、キャラクター、画像、音声、文章等の 著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。 無断での複製、改変、再配布を禁止します。
第3条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本アプリの不正利用、改変、解析、法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 他のユーザーまたは第三者に不利益・損害を与える行為
第4条（広告の表示）
本アプリでは、第三者配信の広告（AdMob等）が表示される場合があります。 広告内容および広告主との取引について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
第5条（免責事項）
本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、 開発者は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、 一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（サービス内容の変更・終了）
開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、 本アプリの内容変更、提供の中断または終了を行うことができます。
第7条（規約の変更）
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。 変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは関連ページに掲載された時点で 効力を生じます。
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、 本アプリに関して生じる紛争については、 日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the shogi game application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by tematsuri (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Conditions of Use)
Users shall use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Article 2 (Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to programs, characters, images, audio, texts, and other content included in the App belong to the Developer or legitimate third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following actions:
- Unauthorized use, modification, analysis, or any acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or harm to other users or third parties
Article 4 (Advertisements)
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services (such as AdMob). The Developer bears no responsibility for the content of advertisements or transactions between users and advertisers.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Modification or Termination of Services)
The Developer may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice to users.
Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
These Terms may be revised as necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective at the time they are posted on the App or related websites.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
